Founder | 17U Head Coach

CLAYTON WILLIAMS

Clayton Williams, founder of Dream Vision, has spent over two decades developing young athletes on and off the court. A former All-State, collegiate, and professional basketball standout from Washington, he has built one of the nation’s top Adidas grassroots programs, helping 100% of his players earn college scholarships and over 60 go pro.

Trusted by college and NBA coaches, he mentors athletes through recruiting, NIL opportunities, and long-term career planning.

Committed to shaping the next generation, Coach Clay emphasizes skill, work ethic, and character to prepare players for success in basketball and beyond.

17U Associate Coach

Dedan Thomas 

Dedan Thomas is a highly respected former UNLV player who competed under legendary coaches Jerry Tarkanian and Rollie Massimino before playing professionally in Japan.

 

With over 20 years of coaching experience, he specializes in basketball skill development, conditioning, and plyometrics, training athletes at all levels.

 

A passionate motivational speaker, he inspires players with his expertise, dedication, and insights from his career. 

 

Coach Dedan has worked with countless athletes through private training, helping them refine their skills and maximize their potential. His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, work ethic, and basketball IQ, ensuring players develop both physically and mentally. He has had the pleasure of coaching and guiding countless players  at the college & pro level. Whether on the court or as a speaker, Coach Dedan continues to impact the game by mentoring the next generation of athletes.

17U Associate Coach 

Olden Polynice 

Olden Polynice, a former NBA veteran, serves as a coach for Dream Vision . He plays a vital role in developing and mentoring young basketball talent.

 

With over a decade of experience in the NBA and extensive knowledge of the game, Coach Polynice  focuses on teaching fundamentals, leadership, and work ethic to help players reach their full potential.

 

His commitment to player development and passion for the game has made him a respected figure in the grassroots basketball community, guiding many athletes toward collegiate and professional opportunities.

16U Head Coach

Arnette "Coach A" Hollis 

Arnette “Coach A” Hollis, 16U Head Coach, brings over a decade of coaching experience at the collegiate and high school levels, along with a six-year professional playing career.

​

A former Division I athlete and McDonald’s All-American nominee, he has transformed underperforming programs into playoff contenders and helped over 50 student-athletes earn college scholarships.

​

Recognized as a Top 100 JUCO Coach, he excels in player development, recruitment, and program building, with coaching stints at Santa Ana College and elite camps.

​

Coach A’s commitment to excellence continues to shape the next generation of athletes on and off the court.

15U Head Coach

Robert Dawson 

Coach Robert Dawson brings 17 years of coaching experience to the Dream Vision 15U program, where he has been a dedicated coach for three years. With a background in coaching both boys and girls at the AAU, City Park & Recreation, and Club Basketball levels, he focuses on teaching the fundamentals, strong defense, and effective scoring techniques.

 

Passionate about developing younger players, Coach Dawson values the growth seen as athletes progress through the program. He emphasizes the importance of academics, reminding players that good grades are essential to help their high school and college teams. His holistic approach includes promoting proper conditioning and balanced nutrition to maximize performance on the court.

Coach Dawson sets clear expectations: work hard, listen, learn, and respect teammates and coaches. His goal is to ensure every player finishes the season stronger and more skilled than when they started. With the mantra, "Never settle, never be stagnant, always grow," he instills a mindset of continuous improvement and preparation, believing that following the plan leads to success at the highest level.
