DREAM VISION BASKETBALL

OUR STORY

Dream Vision Basketball was founded in 2006 by Clayton Williams in Southern California with one clear mission: To prepare and empower the next generation of elite players to reach the highest levels of the game. Clayton, a former All-State High School, Collegiate, and Professional Basketball standout from Washington, brings a lifetime of experience and invaluable connections with NBA coaches, executives, and top college programs across the country.
What began as a grassroots program in 2006 quickly gained momentum, and by 2008, Dream Vision had become an Adidas-sponsored team, recognized as one of the nation’s top basketball programs. Today, Dream Vision proudly competes on the prestigious 3SSB Circuit– an exclusive platform that features only 118 elite teams across three age groups. This premier league represents the pinnacle of youth basketball competition, showcasing the nation’s top talent and providing unmatched exposure to college coaches and scouts.
At Dream Vision, we believe that basketball is more than just a game. We are driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to helping aspiring players refine their skills, elevate their game and achieve their dreams of competing at the highest levels. Our program is built to develop strong, disciplined, and resilient athletes who not only excel on the court but become leaders off it as well. Our goal is to create strong, powerful men who lead with integrity, inspire those around them, and leave a lasting impact on their communities.
Through rigorous training, competitive exposure, and a focus on personal development, Dream Vision has empowered countless players to reach their full potential. From local tournaments to national showcases, the program has helped players achieve their dreams of playing at the next level—whether that’s in college or professionally.
With a proven track record of shaping future stars, Dream Vision Basketball offers players the tools, mentorship, and exposure they need to succeed.
We are dedicated to honoring Clayton’s original vision by motivating athletes to challenge themselves, tap into their full potential, and strive for excellence in every aspect of life. Today, Dream Vision continues to build on that foundation, empowering athletes to elevate their game and achieve greatness both on and off the court.

“I am so thrilled to endorse the Dream Vision AAU basketball program where my son Brendan Bailey had an incredible experience as a player. From the moment he joined the team, it became evident that Dream Vision was more than just a basketball program; it’s a community focused on developing young athletes both on and off the court.
Coach Clay Williams has been an outstanding leader and mentor for my son. He truly embodies what it means to guide and inspire young players. His coaching style balances discipline and encouragement, ensuring that each player understands the importance of hard work while fostering a love for the game. He consistently pushed Brendan to improve his skills, while also teaching him valuable life lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
Brendan has built lasting friendships and learned the value of working together toward a common goal. Thanks to Coach Clay and the entire Dream Vision staff, Brendan’s love for basketball has flourished, and I couldn't be more grateful for the positive impact they have had on his life!”

“I am incredibly proud to endorse the Dream Vision AAU basketball program, where my son, Jake Kyman, had an outstanding experience over four seasons. From the moment he joined as an eighth grader, it was clear that Dream Vision was more than just an elite basketball program—it was a family. Their commitment to developing young athletes both on and off the court made a lasting impact on Jake’s journey.
Dream Vision played a pivotal role in helping Jake reach the next level, earning a scholarship to play basketball at UCLA. During his time there, he made history by setting the freshman record for most three-pointers in a game (seven at UW) and competing in the Final Four. He later completed his education at Eastern Washington University, winning the Big Sky Championship and earning his master’s degree.
Coach Clay Williams was an exceptional mentor and leader for Jake. His ability to challenge players while instilling confidence is truly special. He created an environment built on discipline, hard work, and accountability while also nurturing a passion for the game. Under his guidance, Jake not only grew as a player but also as a person, gaining valuable lessons in teamwork, resilience, and leadership.
Beyond basketball, Jake formed lifelong friendships and developed a strong work ethic that continues to serve him in his film career today. I am incredibly grateful to Coach Clay and the entire Dream Vision staff for the profound impact they’ve had on Jake’s life—both on the court and beyond.”
